How renting works

Pick a dress and your date
The calendar on each dress shows which days are free. Choose the day of your event.

Pay rental + deposit
Transfer by Instapay or Vodafone Cash and upload the screenshot. We confirm on WhatsApp.

Receive it the day before
Pressed, fitted and ready — delivered to you or collected from the atelier.

Return it the day after
No need to clean it. Your deposit comes back within 3 days of the return.

Questions
How much is the deposit, and when do I get it back?
Each dress shows its deposit on its page. We return it in full within 3 days of receiving the dress back in the condition it left, by the same method you paid.
Can I try the dress on before renting?
Yes — book a free try-on at the atelier. We recommend it for bridal gowns.
Can the dress be adjusted to fit me?
Small, reversible adjustments (hem pinning, strap tightening) are included. We do them at your try-on or before delivery.
What if something spills on it?
Normal wear and small marks are covered — professional cleaning is included. Tears, burns or permanent stains may be deducted from the deposit; we always show you before deducting anything.
What if I return it late?
Message us if your plans change. Unannounced late returns are charged a late fee per day, deducted from the deposit, because the next client may be waiting for the dress.
Can I cancel?
Cancel 7 or more days before your event for a full refund. Closer to the date, we can move your booking to another date instead.
